Shipping & Delivery
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase unless your order contains items which are on backorder. In the case of a backordered item, we will contact you to determine an appropriate shipping schedule. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. 
Orders under $100 and all expedited shipping methods will be charged based on weight, destination and shipping method selected. When you are checking out, and you can view your shipping charges. 

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses:
These orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries
- The standard delivery for orders is within 3-5 business days
- No weekend delivery
- Delivery charges will be shown during check out for orders

Two-Day Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries
- The standard delivery for orders is within 2 business days
- No weekend delivery
- Delivery charges will be shown during check out

International Shipping:
Presently, Spiritoutpour.com only ships to the United States.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

Returns & Replacements

 

US Customers:
  1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.
  2. Imprinted items may not be returned for replacement or refund, unless imprint or item is defective.
  3. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.
  4. Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
  5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.

International Customers: Please contact us before returning any product.

Ordering
We process orders within one business day from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based your shipping address and the shipping method you select.
Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer - up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Wishlist tab at the top right side of the page. Once you enter your login information you will enter onto  account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “ACCOUNT”.  

To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”. 

To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
